Cancellation policy of registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to organization committee in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
• 100% refund in case of cancellation received before 01 October 2017
• 50% refund - in case of cancellation received before 01 December 2017
• No refund - in case of cancellation, received after 2 December 2017
• Credit card – on-line -
For security reasons the Conference Secretariat does not charge credit cards from their office manually.
In any case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
